The Royal Festival Hall experienced ongoing issues with birds nesting and roosting on signage. A previous contractor had installed spikes on the signage letters; however, this proved ineffective.
Following a detailed inspection, our BirdBarrier team proposed a netting solution. Due to the building being Grade 1 listed, we were unable to drill into the fabric of the building to run fixings. Instead, we engineered an alternative approach which allowed us to attach netting securely and effectively without damage to the building.
